Accessing the online dropship system for the first time.
Before you begin, please make sure you have your customer account number and email address ready.

If you don’t know your account number, you can find it on an invoice or statement, or simply contact our customer service team.
If you don’t yet have an online account with us, don’t worry — you can still register as a new user.
Firstly, visit dropship.historyheraldry.com to access the online dropship system. You will see the log in screen below, as an existing H&H Group account holder when using the system for the first time, click on REGISTER to proceed.

You will then be redirected to a screen where you can choose whether you already have an account. Select Yes to log in, or No to register with us.

If you already have an account and click “Yes,” you’ll be taken to the next screen. By entering your account number and email, and completing the steps, you can register for an online account with us.

If you don’t have an account and click “No,” you’ll see the next screen. By entering your details and completing the steps, you can register for an online account with us. After that, our support team will contact you to set up your customer account with our business.
