Finding products

Navigation

Our online order system and app uses product search, categories and filters to help you find products easily. Categories, otherwise known as Product Divisions (eg. Impulse Gifts or Home Fragrance) can be reached by choosing an option from the main navigation bar at the top of the page (or by clicking on the box icon on bottom strip menu on smaller screens or smart phone app). Alternatively you can choose a featured category or product from the homepage.

Product Search

To search for products, firstly click on the magnifying glass icon to reveal a search text entry field. Enter a name, keyword or product code to find your desired product.

Categories / Product Divisions

Our products are split into 3 different product divisions, these are Impulse Gifts, Home Fragrance and Wine. When you click through to a division, you will see all of the products within that division listed on the page, or across multiple pages.

Refining your selection

Each product division has its own set of navigation options or 'filters', to help refine your product selection. For instance, within the Home Fragrance division you can filter by Segment (eg. Reed Diffusers), Fragrance (eg. Allspice and Vanilla), Season (eg. Spring 2024), or you can choose the brand (eg. Bamboo or Heart & Home).
