Register to order online

H&H customer account holders can visit our online ordering system which is available through our website or download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play. Once logged in, you can order new products from across our personalised gifts, home fragrance and wine ranges, as well as place  re-orders on account.



Already a user of our old online order system?


If you are a user of our old online order system, there is no need to re-register, just visit trade.historyheraldry.com and login with the same username and password.



Accessing the online order system for the first time as an H&H account holder.


Before you begin, please ensure that you have your customer account number and email address to hand. If you don't know your account number, you can either find this on an invoice or statement, or alternatively contact customer service. 


Firstly, visit trade.historyheraldry.com  to access the online orders system. You will see the log in screen below, as an existing H&H Group account holder when using the system for the first time, click on ACCOUNT HOLDER to proceed.

You will then be taken to the following screen where you can register for an online account using your H&H customer number and email address.

Once you have added your details, click REGISTER. You will then be taken through some further setup questions before submitting your registration. You will receive a username and password by email which you can then use to sign in from the welcome screen (first screen above).



Are you a brand new customer?


If you are a brand new customer, you will first need to register for a trade account before you are able to use the online orders system. Click here to apply for a trade account.
