Deals vs Replens vs Line Buy
Traditionally our products are available either as a 'Deal' with subsequent 'Replen' orders, or as 'Line Buy' items. What does this mean?
Deals
Our pre-personalised gifts are typically initially provided as a spinner display unit complete with all of the various available popular titles such as names, initials or family members. This is what we call a deal. Home fragrance ranges as well as Wines can also be purchased as a deal but are also available to line buy.
Replen Orders
Once a deal has been purchased, replen (replenishment) orders can be made as and when required to top up stocks of individual titles on the display unit. These orders can be made for small quantities across a range of titles as required.
Line Buy
Our home fragrance and wine products are available to buy individually rather than as a set, this is called line-buy. In some circumstances we may allow line-buy for pre-personalised gifts too, typically larger ecommerce retailers, but this is only available by request.
