Processing your order

Replen orders. Once your order has been received, it will be passed on to the warehouse immediately to despatch your order. Replen orders are usually processed and despatched within 2 working days.

Deals. Once your order has been placed, customer service will contact you to discuss a delivery date. Delivery dates for Deals can vary depending on availability and due date.

Line Buy. Orders for current season products from our Home Fragrance or Wine ranges, will be passed on immediately to our warehouse for despatch, they are typically despatched within 2 working days. If you have ordered new season products, the customer service will team will contact you to discuss a delivery date.

Shipping your order

Once despatched, UK orders are normally delivered within 1 working day. Delivery times can however take longer during busier times and for the Republic of Ireland.

Shipping Costs

FREE UK delivery for orders over £75.

FREE delivery to Republic of Ireland over €125.

£6 UK delivery / €12 Ireland delivery under the free delivery threshold.

Orders will be delivered Monday – Friday (except bank and public holidays)

If you have not received your order, please get in touch with our customer service team and we will gladly look into it for you. Please wait until 2 working days have passed from the despatch of your order before getting in touch.
